Heraklion you can visit the Minoan Palace of Knossos. In the huge archaeological site of Knossos the most important monuments that the visitor should take care is the enormous palace of Knossos which is the largest and the most brilliant of all Minoan centers of power. The “Royal Villa” of the 14th century B.C. that this is the house an important member of the aristocracy.

Also the “House of the High priest”, the “House of the Frescoes” and the “Hospice” as well as the “Royal Tomb” considered important architectural ensembles. You can also visit the Archaelogical Museum of Heraklion which was established in late 19th century. The exhibits come exclusively from Crete, from all the sites excavated up to now in the prefecture’s territory and cover all the periods of history of the island from the Neolithic up to Graeco-roman times.

C) If you need a guided tour for any trip you wish (with a guide in the language of your choice) please contact us before you make a reservation through our eshop.

Prices for additional services vary and there is an extra charge per hour.
If case of a guided tour, the maximum number of customers will be 3 plus the guide.
